At Vivas Fashion, we want you to be Completely Catisfied with Your Purchase. If for any Reason You are not Happy with Your Order, you may Request a Return or Exchange Subject To The Following Conditions: Items Must Be Returned Within 7 days of Delivery. Products must be Unworn, Unwashed, Unused, and in Their Original Packaging with All Tags Intact. For Hygiene Reasons, Lingerie and Innerwear are not eligible for Return or Exchange Unless Received in a Damaged or Defective Condition. Customers must Provide Proof of Purchase (Invoice or Order Confirmation). Shipping Costs for Returns (Except for Defective or Incorrect items) will be Borne by The Customer. Exchange Process: Exchanges are Subject To Product Availability.
If The Requested Size or Style is Unavailable, a Refund will be Processed as Per Our Refund Guidelines. Refunds: Refunds will be Issued To The Original Payment Method within 7–10 Business Days after We Receive and Inspect The Returned Product.
