Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location but usually range from 7 to 10 business days. In rare cases, orders may be delayed due to logistical issues or stock unavailability.

At Vivas Fashion, We Strive to Ensure your Orders are Handled Quickly and Efficiently. All Orders are Processed within 1–2 Business Days after Payment Confirmation, Excluding Weekends and Public Holidays. Orders Placed after 4:00 PM IST will be Processed The following Business Day. During Peak Shopping Seasons, Festivals, or Special Promotional Events, Processing Times may be Slightly Extended Due to Higher Demand.
We Prioritize Timely Dispatch and will keep you Informed of any Delays via email or SMS. Once your Order has been Processed and Shipped, You will Receive a Confirmation Message with Your Tracking Details. Delivery Timelines Vary by Location but Typically Range from 5–10 Business Days From the Date of Dispatch. Please Note That Remote or Rural Areas may Require Additional Time.
All Prices Displayed on Our Platform are in Indian Rupees (₹) and Include Applicable Taxes Unless Otherwise Stated. We accept Payments Through Secure Methods Including UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) Where Available. By Placing an Order, you Agree to Provide Accurate Billing and Payment Details. Any Attempt at Fraudulent Transactions will Result in Immediate Cancellation of the Order and may be Reported to The Relevant Authorities. Payments must Be Completed at The Time of Purchase for Prepaid Methods.
For COD Orders, Payment must be made in full at The Time of Delivery. Vivas Fashion Reserves The Right to Change Accepted Payment Methods, Pricing, and Offers at any Time Without Prior Notice. Refunds, where Applicable, will be Processed in Accordance with Our Return & Refund Policy.
We Understand That Plans May Change, and You may need To Cancel an Order. Orders can be Cancelled Free of Charge within 12 hours of Placement, Provided They have not yet been Processed or Shipped. If Your Order has Already been Dispatched, It Cannot be Cancelled. In such Cases, You May Initiate a Return Once The Product is Delivered, Following Our Return & Refund Policy. Vivas Fashion Reserves The Right to Refuse or Cancel any Order Due to Stock Unavailability, Payment issues, or Suspected Fraudulent Activity. In such instances, a Full Refund will be issued Where Applicable.
